부락페스타는 부산대학교 자율상권 구역 일원에서 개최되는 레트로 테마 축제이다. 1990년대부터 2000년대까지의 음악과 패션, 골목문화를 현대적으로 재해석한 행사로, 부산대학교 자율상권의 활성화와 지역 방문객 유입을 목적으로 한다. 축제는 2026년 11월 6일부터 11월 8일까지 3일간 진행되며, 부락 가요제와 댄스배틀, 특별공연, DJ부스 등 다양한 공연 프로그램을 운영한다. 또한 골목대장 선발대회와 놀이공방, 골목대장 패션스타 등 참여형 프로그램과 부락 문방구, 부락 야장, 지역 상권 연계 먹거리 부스를 마련하여 방문객에게 다양한 체험과 즐길 거리를 제공한다. 음악과 춤, 패션, 놀이, 먹거리를 통해 과거의 추억과 낭만을 공유하고, 지역 상권과 축제 방문객이 함께 어우러지는 문화 행사이다.
