1. What the service is

KOTA gathers festival information published by the Korea Tourism Organization (TourAPI), data.go.kr, and local governments, and lets you search it by date, region, and theme. It is available in Korean, English, Japanese, and Thai.

Everything is free. We neither host festivals nor sell tickets.

2. No account required

Browsing needs no sign-in. You only sign in — with Kakao or Google — to leave a review.

3. What you write

You are responsible for your reviews and reports, and you keep their copyright. We use them only to display them within KOTA.

You can edit or delete anything you wrote, at any time, after signing in.

4. Please avoid

We may hide or remove such posts without prior notice.

• Insulting or defaming others
• False claims, advertising, or repeated identical posts
• Posting other people's personal information or copyrighted work without permission
• Placing an unreasonable load on the service by automated means

5. Changes and interruptions

We may change or discontinue the service. We give notice before material changes — such as anything that would remove what you wrote — except where equipment failure or force majeure makes notice impossible.

6. Limits of our responsibility

Please also read the Disclaimer regarding the accuracy of festival information. As a free information service, we are not liable for losses you incur except where we acted with intent or gross negligence.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute falls to the court designated by its Civil Procedure Act.
