수원시가 주최하고 KCMC문화원이 주관하는 '2026 수원특례시 반려동물 한마음 축제'는 전국 최초 '반려동물 교육도시' 비전 선포의 일환으로 개최되었으며, 시민과 반려동물이 함께 배우고 즐기는 교육 축제이다. 오는 10월 24일 수원 광교중앙공원에서 개최되며, TV 동물농장 이찬종 훈련사의 반려견 바른산책 토크 콘서트를 무료로 관람할 수 있다. 이외에도 반려동물 미용 세미나, 견공올림픽, 반려견 패션쇼 등의 주요행사가 진행되며, 수의사와의 1:1 동물 건강상담 및 훈련사의 행동지도 상담, 펫타로, 펫캐리커처, 프리마켓 등 다양한 프로그램이 진행된다. 시상 및 경품 추천 등 반려동물을 키우는 가구를 위한 다양한 상품도 제공될 예정이다.
