2026 홍성 백반페스타는 홍성의 신선한 로컬푸드와 지역 특산물을 활용한 다채로운 먹거리와 문화 콘텐츠를 선보이는 지역 대표 미식 축제이다. 올해로 2회째를 맞이하는 이번 축제는 개장 100주년을 맞은 광천문화시장을 배경으로 지역의 전통과 현대적인 미식 문화를 결합한 행사이다. 시그니처 백반을 비롯해 백반만두, 김새우젓전, 홍성마늘호떡, 광천김크림새우 등 홍성의 농수산물을 새롭게 해석한 이색 메뉴를 선보이는 것이 특징이다. 또한 지역 청년 창업자들이 직접 개발한 먹거리를 통해 로컬푸드의 새로운 가능성과 창의적인 아이디어를 만나볼 수 있는 자리이다. 먹거리뿐만 아니라 광천김 간식 만들기, 홍성한우 미니버거 쿠킹클래스, 홍성 보물 발굴 챌린지 등 남녀노소 누구나 참여할 수 있는 체험 프로그램과 전시, 버스킹 공연, ‘홍성 백반 6味 퍼즐투어’ 등 다채로운 즐길 거리가 마련된 축제이다. 특히 광천문화시장 개장 100주년 기념행사 및 광천김·새우젓 축제와 연계하여 지역 상권에 활력을 더하고, 홍성의 풍부한 먹거리 자원과 문화적 가치를 널리 알리는 행사이다. 홍성의 맛과 멋을 오감으로 경험하며 지역 고유의 미식 문화를 즐길 수 있는 축제이다.
