제28회 UN평화축제는 2026년 10월 23일부터 25일까지 3일간 부산 남구 평화공원 일원에서 개최되는 평화문화축제이다. ‘열린 기억, 열린 미래’를 슬로건으로, UN참전국의 희생과 헌신을 기억하고 평화의 가치를 시민들과 함께 나누기 위해 마련된 행사이다. ‘여러 조각이 모여 완성되는 평화(Pieces Make Peace)’를 주제로 기억존·참여존·공연존·연결존·힐링푸드존·미래존 등 6개 테마존을 운영하며, 다양한 전시와 문화공연, 세계문화 체험 및 시민 참여형 프로그램을 선보인다. 특히 다양한 세대와 국적의 시민이 함께하는 평화 퍼레이드를 통해 화합과 소통의 의미를 전달하고, 누구나 평화의 가치를 직접 느끼고 공감할 수 있는 기회를 제공한다. 과거의 기억을 오늘의 평화로 연결하고, 서로 다른 사람들이 하나로 어우러져 평화로운 미래를 함께 만들어가는 시민 참여형 축제이다.
