About
The 2026 Imrang Wellness Tourism Festival uses the coastal setting of Imrang Beach to bring together movement, rest, and recovery in one hands-on event. Visitors can join in yoga, running, beach walks, meditation and breathing sessions, programs that mix music with movement, wellness talks, and other experience-based activities. During the eve event and the main festival days, both active programs and rest-and-recovery programs run side by side against the backdrop of the sea and beach, so you can pick what suits your condition and interests. Rather than just watching performances or trying a one-off activity, this festival connects movement, breathing, rest, and sensory experience in nature, offering a new take on wellness tourism built around the ocean.
