About
From September 12 to October 5, 2026, a flower festa will be held on Jara Island in Gapyeong. Visitors can admire vividly colored autumn flowers throughout the venue, with busking and local artist performances on weekends and holidays. There are hands-on programs for kids, like balloon art, along with booths selling local specialty products and snacks. Of the 7,000 won admission fee, 5,000 won is refunded as local currency, which can be used not only at booths inside the venue but also at nearby restaurants and cafés. Boat rides are also available for enjoying the beautiful waterside scenery of the Bukhan River, and an electric shuttle runs between the entrance of Jara Island and the festival grounds for a more convenient and special visit. Ticket holders will also receive discounts at major nearby attractions and businesses.
