The 2026 Yangjae Flower Festa runs from October 16 to 18, 2026, around Yangjae Flower Market. It's a flower culture festival where visitors can see and try out all kinds of flowers and floral content through exhibitions, hands-on activities, stage programs, and interactive events. Highlights include a showcase of new varieties like roses, spray chrysanthemums, gerberas, lisianthus, and phalaenopsis orchids, floral art displays by professional florists, one-day flower classes, job experience programs where kids can try being a florist or horticultural therapist, a children's flower drawing program, and flower talk concerts. There's also a fun program called 'Ugly Flowers, Beautiful Results,' where visitors press flowers that would otherwise be thrown away into pretty keepsakes, plus a stamp tour around the festival grounds and social media events. The whole festival is designed so people of every age can enjoy flowers up close and get a real feel for flower culture.
