2026 포천 펫스타 in 아트밸리는 반려가족 그리고 반려동물을 사랑하는 누구나 함께 즐길 수 있는 참여형 반려문화 축제이다. 아름다운 한탄강 생태경관단지를 배경으로 반려견과 함께 걷는 댕댕트레킹을 비롯하여 펫니스 요가 클래스, 반려견 올림픽 등 반려견과 함께 즐길 수 있는 프로그램 외에도 대형견 도감 LIVE, 키즈 어질리티 챌린지 등 비반려인도 참여 가능한 프로그램들 그리고 다양한 체험부스와 펫페어존을 통해 반려동물 관련 정보와 즐길거리를 동시에 제공한다. 반려인과 비반려인이 함께 어울리는 열린 축제로 지역 사회와 반려문화가 함께 성장하는 계기를 마련하고자 하며, 자연 속에서 가족, 친구, 반려견과 함께 즐거운 추억을 만들 수 있는 봄맞이 힐링 축제이다.
