서초책있는거리는 책을 매개로 문화와 사람을 연결하는 도심 속 책축제이다. 국립중앙도서관에서 서래골공원까지 이어지는 거리 곳곳이 책과 문화로 채워지며, 일상 속에서 잠시 걸음을 멈추고 독서의 즐거움과 여유를 누릴 수 있는 특별한 경험을 선사한다. 축제에서는 책놀이 체험과 다양한 참여형 이벤트를 비롯해 독서와 예술, 사람과 사람을 잇는 다채로운 프로그램을 만날 수 있다. 그림책 속 이야기를 탐색하고, 자신만의 독서 경험을 나누며, 책을 통해 새로운 취향과 관심사를 발견하는 등 남녀노소 누구나 각자의 방식으로 책과 가까워질 수 있다. 또한 책을 읽고 나누는 공간부터 축제의 발자취를 돌아보는 전시까지, 책을 중심으로 한 다양한 문화적 경험이 거리 곳곳에서 펼쳐진다. 서초책있는거리는 단순히 책을 읽는 공간을 넘어, 도서관이 일상 속으로 한 걸음 더 다가가고 지역의 문화적 감수성을 확장하는 열린 문화공간이다. 책을 통해 서로의 생각과 경험을 나누고, 새로운 만남과 발견을 이어가는 서초책있는거리에서 도심 속 특별한 책축제를 경험해볼 수 있다.
