2026 영주사과축제는 영주의 맑은 자연 속에서 자란 최고 품질의 영주 사과를 오감으로 즐기는 가을 축제로, 올해 영주사과축제는 영주 사과의 맛과 매력을 산지와 도심에서 동시에 전한다. 10월 30일부터 11월 1일까지 부석면 미로공원 일원에서 열리며, 11월 13일부터 15일까지는 서울 청계광장에서도 행사가 펼쳐진다. 영주 사과는 일교차가 크고 풍부한 햇살을 받아 당도가 높고 식감이 아삭한 것이 특징이다. 축제 현장에서는 여러 체험프로그램, 다양한 품종 전시, 사과 판매 장터가 열린다. 다채로운 시식 행사, 문화 공연도 함께 준비된다. 방문객들은 유네스코 세계유산인 부석사와 함께 가을 풍경을 만끽할 수 있다. 산지 직송의 신선함과 신나는 공연 및 이벤트가 어우러져 남녀노소 모두에게 즐거운 추억을 선사하는 풍성한 결실의 장이다. 영주의 유수한 가을 풍경은 물론 서울 도심 한복판에서도 최고 품질의 영주 사과와 풍성한 즐길 거리를 오감으로 체험할 수 있는 절호의 기회이다.
